A stored record and its delivery state are separate. Disconnecting the uplink changes the next delivery attempt; it does not erase an already stored record. Failing local storage prevents a new record from entering this model. Attempts are bounded, and exhausted records do not magically recover when connectivity returns.
Use the controls to inspect one change at a time. Reset returns an interactive model to the same starting conditions. The videos keep their original source timing. Nothing here controls a live truck, camera or production service.
